• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.

• Exchanges for a particular product are subject to the availability of the product or the desired size. In the event that the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used to purchase any item from our website.

• In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

• All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 15 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
