• FOREVER SHOE BAZAR warrants all footwear to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials only and does not cover damage caused due to accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
• The warranty is limited to repair only. No replacements or refunds are provided under warranty.
• In case any minor repair is required, the product will be repaired at our cost if reported within three (3) months from the date of delivery.
• If any shoe accessories are damaged or lost, replacement charges will apply, subject to availability of the accessory.
• Jurisdiction Clause:
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty or the product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India only.
