If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Exchange Window
- Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Doorstep Return & Exchange Pickup
To make the process simple, we offer Pan India doorstep pickup service.
- Pickup charge: ₹150 per order
- Reverse pickup is arranged after approval
- No need to arrange your own courier
Refunds & Store Credit
- We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts or cash.
- If you choose not to exchange, a store credit will be issued after quality check.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Store credit can be used on any product on our website.
Product Availability
- Exchanges depend on size and product availability.
- If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Quality Check
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
- Items that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted.
- In such cases, the product can be sent back upon request (shipping charges applicable).
Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos
- Pickup will be arranged free of charge after verification
