- If you choose not to exchange, a store credit will be issued after quality check.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Store credit can be used on any product on our website.
- Exchanges depend on size and product availability.
- If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection.
- Items that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted.
- In such cases, the product can be sent back upon request (shipping charges applicable).

PRODUCT CARE
• All footwear at FOREVER SHOE BAZAR is manufactured using non-leather materials. We do not recommend wearing the footwear in or around water.
• Varied weather conditions may affect the condition of the footwear, including any accessories attached to it. We recommend storing the footwear in a shoe bag when not in use.
• Always ensure your feet are completely dry before wearing the footwear. Wet or moist feet may cause minor damage to the product over time.
• FOREVER SHOE BAZAR warrants all footwear to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials only and does not cover damage caused due to accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
• The warranty is limited to repair only. No replacements or refunds are provided under warranty.
• In case any minor repair is required, the product will be repaired at our cost if reported within three (3) months from the date of delivery.
• If any shoe accessories are damaged or lost, replacement charges will apply, subject to availability of the accessory.
• Jurisdiction Clause:
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty or the product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India only.
